Tablet Aspire SW5-012 battery is fast discharging even when resting

We bought the tablet in September 2014 and recently we had charging problem. The tablet is fast discharging when we use it AND it is discharging also really fast when it is resting. We did all we can do to reduce the using of the energy from the battery and it solved nothing. What is our problem?

Are you doing a compete shut down ? If the keyboard and wireless are active they use a lot of power.

You are suggesting me to shutdown the tablet after each use to avoid a fast discharging? This is would be new because, before we did not have that kind of problem. We will try your suggestion and see what happens.
