Asipre V5 471 keyboard being difficult

I have an acer aspire V5 471 laptop. Some of the keys on my laptop don't work. The problem is, if I hold them long enough they will work, then once I get it working they will work fine for a few minutes, but then I will have to hold the key again when I want to use it again. I took the keyboard apart and everything looks fine, there's no dirt or stickyness under the keys, which makes me think it is a problem with the keyboard itself? 
I have even completely reset my computer thinking it may have been a virus that was affecting it. 
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. It is very annoying and I'm looking to fix it whether I have to buy a new keyboard or what the problem may be.

It does sound like a keyboard fault.

 

Are you still under warranty? If so contact support, otherwise it can be replaced by yourself if you're confident enough or via a local PC store
