VN7-791G-71P5 screen separating - Poor Quality

Dear Acer,

I have been a long time Acer supporter.  I have two Acer netbooks.  In November 2014, I purchased "VN7-791G-71P5" from the Nitro Black series.  I love it, EXCEPT that within only months, the screen began to make a noise on the right bottom corner each time I opened/closed it.  However, over time the border around the screen has begun to separate on the bottom right corner.  I use the computer like a desktop for work, so it is in perfect condition otherwise and seldom moves from my desk.

It is UNACCEPTABLE to me that a 1500 USD computer meant for rough tough gaming is literally falling apart on a business professional who only opens and closes the screen.  This is clearly a design flaw/hardware breakdown when the computer cannot support the opening and closing of a 17 in screen.

I also own a "VN7-591G-74SK", which is a 15 in Nitro Black series and so far it is fine.

Can you please tell me whether Acer will stand behind their product and fix this for me, as it is clearly a hardware problem?

Thank you!

Same problem, just one day difference. The laptop isn't even 1 year old. I always was very careful with it. Is it a flaw that will affect all laptops of this model some day? I see that upper side which tends to separate was sticked with glue. Now it seems had seared and doesn't keep it glued anymore.

I'm also very interested to know if Acer will fix this problem, I can't now close or open the lid cause it tends to detach even more.
