Aspire Switch 11 Power Problems

I haven't been bale to turn on this laptop since yesterday.

Here's the whole scenario:

The laptop is always plugged in to an outlet.

Yesterday, I unplugged the charger from the outlet to make room for my phone charger.

I forgot to plug it back in and eventually, the laptop drained.

After that, I could no longer turn the laptop back on.

I'm aware a problem like this problem can typically be solved by something like this:

I have done so with many laptops. The problem is, I have no clue how to open this laptop/tablet. I'm not even sure if the battery is removable.

Are there other solutions?

Is it actually a charger problem?

Any suggestions on how to open this device?

Any help is appreciated.

have you tried with AC charger plugged to long press power button + volume UP

after a while it will boot to BIOS, you can exit without saving and it will boot to windows.

    Nothing.

How long exactly do I have to hold those two buttons?

I have tried holding for about a minute both while plugged and while unplugged.

    1 minutes normally is enough.

at this point, give Acer support service a call.
