Aspire Timeline 5820T Booting problem

Hi

new here so I will say hello to one and all.

I have an Aspire Timeline 5820T which had been upgraded to Win 10 and all is well with that.

 

I have a problem when the machine is booted up, When the power button is pressed it starts as normal, when I enter my pin the screen goes greyish. I have waited upto an hour because the blue light is flashing as if busy.

Nothing changes. The only way I can turn the laptop off is by pressing the power button.

After 5 minutes I reboot and it starts as normal with no problems.

 

Some times the laptop does start up first time.

 

This was also a problem when running win 7. I thought win 10 might have solved the issue.

 

Hope someone can help with this.
