I called tech support about a laptop problem and they agreed to take it in for repairs. Alas, the man on the other end with a different dialect than I (I'm American and he was Indian) did not understand my personal information. He said I would get a follow up email "soon" and it has been 48 hours; I have not received it. I checked my case information and he misspelled my name as "Dachary" rather than "Zachary". I can only assume he misunderstood my email address and housing address. Any way that this can be remedied so I get the email and can take the next relevant steps to have my dying laptop repaired?
