Acer Liquid Z530 stuck on Acer logo after OTA update

Hi

I have bought an Acer Liquid Z530 (1GB RAM version) last week.

It showed me that an OTA update was available since the first time I powered it on.

I usually don't install OTA updates to avoid problems, but this one was too persistent. So I decided to install it.

Everything completed successfully but the phone would never get pass Acer logo at start (greenish logo on white background).

The package was 397 MB in size.

 

Now the phone is unusable! CANNOT BOOT and I DON'T HAVE ANY BACKUP. YOU ACER GUYS DON'T ALSO DELIVER STOCK ROM FOR THE Z530! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE ?

 

If you guys make several versions of the same model, please don't deliver the same software updates for all of them! Firmware for 2GB RAM or 3GB RAM (Z530S) won't maybe work on 1GB RAM version.

Waiting for solution to fix my mobile. Thank you

 

PS: I sold my Alcatel Onetouch Flash to buy this phone because Alcatel wasn't giving any support (especially software updates) and have bought the Acer Z530; don't make me regret my decision.
