There are a couple of ways you can do this.....

You could Download a file that will let you make a Bootable CD/DVD or USB. This will then after you set up on your computer to run this drive in your Bios or using F8 to seclect where to boot from. you can remove the Password so when you restart your system it will let you log on without a Password.....

Another way is you can log on with Admin account. If you have another user set up on your computer say for a husband or wife. As long as it was not just a standard account but was a Admin account. It could be changed or removed from there.....

Also there is a built in Admin account.... Not active by design. You could turn it on by accessing  the Boot to C prompt. typing a command that tells the computer to turn on the Admin account. Then you can log on that account and remove your password that way too....

    net user Administrator /active:yes

    Then Type shutdown -r

That will restart your computer and when your log on screen comes up it will have Admin as your default. Click to log on that admin account. go to accounts and then change or remove the password for your account...

If you have already had the admin active and don't know that password either then you will have to DL a Password software that I said above....
