Acer Aspire E5-772G-76QN, Acer Care Center not supported

Hi, I cleansed my PC and reinstalled windows, removing all Acer software. Now, when I try check compatibility for Acer Care Center at this site; http://www.acer.no/ac/no/NO/content/software-acer-care-center, it says that my computer is not supported- it was before I cleansed it. What do I do to make the checktool recognise my PC?

by the way, the application probably is searching for some installed Acer software/enviroment.

 

i would try to install the 3 applications from your model support page, under windows 8.1 OS:

Can't find anything under application, but I will try to reset the computer again and install versions step by step, thanks for the help!

I found the applications, by the way. Still not supported, I will do a step-by-step installation when I have time.
