I need help  .

So , i bought this hybryd around a year ago . Ever since i got it , it just shuts down on it's own with a kernel-power event 41 in event viewer . It mostly shuts down when on charger , so it could be related . The thing i noticed is that it's nothing specific , not while doing something intensive or anything like that . It's very random . And each time after it shuts down , it's a strugle to turn it back on. It takes at least 4-5 long pushes on the power button .

I updated the firmare , no results,

Updated BIOS , same thing

Upgraded to Windows 10 - it got worse .

Rolled back to 8 - same issue

And every time after it shuts down , ater i get it working , in the event viewer i have errors about the sensors

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ACPI\CPLM3218\1.

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ACPI\INVN6500\3&2d63285e&0.

I did disabled this sensors but with the same reboots , only minus the errors

So ,should I put more hope in this or just admit that it's a piece of *****?

Sounds like one of your USB devices has changed the default parameters. Launch services.msc and look at Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework. Make sure it's set to automatic. If it's not, change it to automatic and reboot.

    Thank you for your answer.

I've already tried that before as I was reading about it on this forum , but that doesn't help .

Is the service actually running then?

When you changed the service from manual to automatic, did you also start the service? When you start it, does it keep on runnning (you'll have to refres services to see)? Does the service try to start then fail with an error?

The service is running. There are no errors with that service.
In the meantime I upgraded again to windows 10. But again, as soon as I plug the charger in, the laptop shuts down , the screen is black but the back lights are still running . Then the back lights are turning on and off every few seconds until I press and hold the power button to completely shut it down. After that it runs fine again for a while if I unplug the charger .
