V17 Nitro (VN7-791G-78ZM) internet connectivity intermittent after Win 10 update

My issue is a variation on the ratty wi-fi internet connectivity theme that seems to be common in many of the threads on this site. In my case, I had no serious issues with wi-fi when I first upgraded from Win 8.1 to Win 10.  The system worked flawlessly under 8.1, and only occasionally dropped wireless connectivity for the first month or so that I had Win 10 installed.  About a week ago I downloaded and installed the latest Win 10 "update" (to version 1511) and now I can't maintain internet connectivity via wi-fi for more than a few seconds at a time. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting to my home network, disabling and re-enabling my wireless adapter (Intel Dual Band AC 7265), monkeying with a few of the settings for the wi-fi adapter via device manager, rolling back to the previous version of the Wireless driver, turning off BlueTooth (in case of a possible interference issue) -- but nothing I've tried makes any difference.  Since I use my laptop almost exclusively for internet apps, it is now virtually a brick to me.  Any suggestions as to what I should try next?

I found my own answer - and it has nothing to do with the hardware config of my machine.  I'm posting this for the benefit of others who might have to use the Kerio Control VPN Client to access their remote networks.  FWIW, after I disabled the Kerio Virtual Network Adapter driver in Device Manager, my internet access came back and is stable!  I checked and the driver for this virtual connection is dated sometime in 2012.  Checking with Kerio, they don't have anything newer.  Bottom line, Kerio is a piece of S#!% for a number of reasons - now including the fact that they have not updated their stuff to be compatible with Win 10.  Steer clear - if you can avoid it.
