First try to solve the problems in Liquied E700.

I brought a smartphone of ACER Liquid E700 on Feb 2015. ( *SNID :
[edited to comply with guidelines]* )

After 4 months of Usage the Phone got display related Issue.
So, i contacted Acer customer care and they suggested me to
contact Service center in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Service center people has repaired the phone and while returning i observed
one more issue raised with camera and improper fixing of back panel. Also
they said issue with Motherboard and when i visit them they said no issues
with mother board. After Multiple visits and multiple complaints my problem
solved.

While is issue is going on I contacted Acer care and requested them to
replace New Phone, because, problems are started after 4 months. But, they
denied.

After few months of usage Again on September i got a problem with Power
Issue. Phone is not Power On. Again i contacted Acer Care yesterday and
they gave me *Case ID : [edited to comply with guidelines].* i visited again service center and had
giving my phone. After two days my phone got delivered.

At that time when i contacted to Acer Care and asked to replace the phone.
And when i questioned as

*In warranty period already i faced 3 issues / Problems with this phone. As
my mobile was in warranty you are repairing it. *

Now My Question is Who is responsible after warranty is completed ??

Your executive said that the multiple problems came just because of service
center people which they have not repaired it properly. And he promised me
that you wont get any problems again.

Now Again i got a problem with Power Issue on today (05-Nov-2015). Phone
is not Power On.

IN WARRANTY PERIOD THIS IS THE 4rth TIME I AM FACING PROBLEMS. AGAIN MY
QUESTION IS :

As my mobile was in warranty you are repairing it.  **Who is responsible
after warranty is completed ??

Why you are cheating customers with Poor Quality gadgets.

I lost trust on Acer.
