DVD/CD is not working. I checked the device manager and find this messaage: A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32). I disabled it and reenabled it and got another message that said Windows successfully enabled the device, however, it is still not working properly.
I'm not sure where to go from here.
