warranty change my z500

Hello!

 

I bought a new liqiud z500 on the 14th of march in 2015. In august I had problems with its motherboard (I couldn't switch on the phone its display remained black etc.) so I sent it from Hungary to the Czeh Republic to fix it. I got back the phone after two weeks. After two months I noticed the same problems like: the display's vibration, spontaneous restart, recently I even can't switch it on it remains black, it is not reacting.

I decided to bring the phone back to acer shop, and ask for change. I was told to send it again to Brno, but I don't want to execute that long and tiring procedure again, I think it is not a fair handling of the situation.

I would like to know whether I have the option of changing the wrong item to a new mobile of the same price.

    I could be wrong, but I don't think Acer is going to do that. I think you should send it back again. Two weeks turnaround is not bad at all for your situation.
