Touchscreen does not work

My touchscreen for my Acer Aspire V3-472P-3241 has stopped working when I had Windows 8. Restarting the computer seemed to work until the driver failed completely. Now, I have upgraded to Windows 10 (the 2nd day Windows 10 came out), and the touchscree still does not work. I went to Acer's drivers download page for my model, and it does not have anythinng for the touchscreen driver. I had the same issue even when I still had Windows 8, the drivers page did not have anything for the touchscreen driver. How do I re-install my touchscreen driver? I don't even know which one it is in the drivers menu because they all seem to say the same thing. Here is a screenshot of my Device Manager.

Go back to where you were in Device Manager. Right click on 12c Hid device and select activate if it's there or click on update driver, search automatically for driver software.I am assuming your wifi works.

Your Bios is Version 1.07 05/28/2014

The latest bios is v1.21 12/18/2014

It could help. I have seen a lot of people being advised to update to the latest bios for Windows 10 .It also might not make any difference As with any bios update it could also brick your computer if anything goes wrong.

If you decide to update, make sure the battery is charged and you are securely plugged into power. Download the bios to your desktop. Make a new folder and right click on the zip and unzip it into the new folder.

Click the exe and don't do anything unless you are told to.
