Acer V5 Touch, Windows 8 store app back button trouble...

In the Windows 8 Store, the back button and the green update link are inactive and won't work. I've tried using the touchscreen as well as manually using the touchpad both without success. Has anyone else encountered this and (or) solved this issue? This is a new laptop and it would be really disappointing if it didn't work. Thank You, Andrew.

    Is your touchscreen working on other screens?

     

    Are you only having issues within the Windows Store?
