Iconia One 7 B1-730 won't turn on, help?!?!

So I bought 2 ACER Iconia One 7 (B1-730HD) Tablets for me and my sister on HSN(.)Com back near last Christmas. It was great for the first few months then somewhere in the 1st-2nd quarter of this year the battery became uncallibrated or something and I tried to fix it by doing something I read online. It didn't work and I just thought "Bummer" so I would just left it charging alot. Then sometime in the begining or before summer my tablet wouldn't turn unless the charger was plugged in. (It would get stuck in some sort of boot-loop) So I wen't for help at some Android forums but none came. That caused to me to just leave it charging and never unplug it. Near the end of Summer it got worse, It wouldn't turn on at all!!! It would just flicker a bit then just turn black again. I got a new phone a bit before this so I forgot all about it and just left it in my drawer for a while until my parents hinted at giving it away. It was cheap so I wouldn't get in serious trouble but some help would be great!

P.S. I have no warranty on it and my sister's tablet works fine and she used it more than me!

probably is a battery issue or battery controller issue, you can only send it to Acer service.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
