No signal to monitor AME600-UR368

I'm hoping someone can help.

I'm getting a "No Signal" on my monitor, when I boot my desktop.  Here's what I know:

The computer comes on, as I can here the fans and hard drives power up.  And, the "Acer" light comes on, on the front of the computer.

However, the light on the power button, no longer comes on.  It did before this issue.

I know the monitor is good, as I've plugged several other computers into it, and they all work.

I typically use HDMI, but have also tried the VGA connection, with no joy.

I'm fairly certain, that it has built in graphics (as opposed to a card), and I suspect that these graphics have suddenly failed.

I also use to get a single beep, on boot up.  Now, I don't get any beeps.

Any suggestions?

Hello, I am sorry your having problems with your Acer Computer.

From what you have stated in your post (I am only guessing here) it don't sound like a issue with your built in Intel HD 4000 Graphics. I am no expert or do I work for Acer so I am only guessing at this....

However I don't know if you are able to do some troubleshooting on PCs or not but if you are I would start with this as a starting place.

If you have a another PC or some extra Power Supply around your house/business, I would try and see if your PSU has failed. In what you posted you said the light on your Power Button no longer comes on but you can hear fans and HDD power up. I have had in the past with another brand an issue of like kind and after taking the PSU from another computer that I had around not being used found that part of the PSU stopped working.

Also I don't know what type of PSU your unit came with. I do know that I have had some computers with Modular PSU and could be a bad or burnt connection in the connectors....

If you could take the 2 screws out of the case and slide the side off and take a picture of the inside of your computer and post it that would be have helpful as well.

With all the help that this community has to offer I am sure there is some one that could give better help if it isn't related to your PSU..
