Failure to perform warranty obligations by Acer Packard Bell

I have bought in Russia the Laptop Packard Bell ENTG71BM with pre-installed Windows 8.1, but the machine proved to be defective. It froze completely several times a day. An upgrade to Windows 10 did not help - the problem stayed. I turned twice to the authorised service centre of Acer in the city of Volgograd and brought them the laptop as it was hanging up, therefore, I have demonstrated the disrepair but the authorised service has refused to perform its warranty obligations and gave me back the faulty laptop.
I ask proper officials of Acer to oblige their subordinate service to act according to a law and to give me an indemnity for the defective produce.
I have nothing against the personnel of the Forum but if my claim is not met, it will be the last thing I bought from Acer, Packard Bell.
