Acer Aspire V5-122P wont boot Windows 8.1

My Acer Aspire V5-122P wont boot. When I turn on the PC it just shows up a non blinking underscore in a blackscreen, no Acer logo nor Windows Logo. I tried pressing the pin hole on the bottom of the laptol and its still the same.

I don't know if this will work for you, but power it on and then hold down the power button to shut it off. Do this three more times and let it run  on the forth time.Be patient and give it a while.

Nope, it doesn't work for me.

How long did you let it set on?

I've seen this hard restart fixing this 5 or six different places.
