My Aspire V7 582 start up is very slow. Support tells me they are not aware of this problem

I spoke at length with support regarding this problem.  They could only suggest I go back Win 8 and start from scratch.  I told him I had seen others with same problem on this forum when he insisted Acer was not aware of it.  I asked about ExpressCache and was told this was not something Acer supported or supplied. I can no longer use this computer for work or travel and am extremely disappointed with the response.  In my mind, Acer needs to come up with a fix.  I am presently still under warranty and do not wish to install unsupported software.
