Aspire One AOD250 randomly reboots with Windows 7

I have been using an Aspire One AOD250 with windows XP for several years with no problem. I just installed Win 7 in another partition and it seemed to work fine except that it randomly reboots itself every 20 minutes or so. More often when there is activity than when it is idle. I have BIOS 1.07. I tried other BIOS versions but none of them work with either XP or 7. I just get BSOD when booting with other BIOS versions - even with setting the SATA to IDE. 1.07 is the only BIOS that works with Windows. It appears that it does not reboot itself when in Safe Mode but I am not positive about this yet. Any ideas?

you can have a look at Event Viewer and check if there is any warning/error at the same time of reboots.

can be a bad driver.
