No warranty, but ACER BROKE LAPTOP so how to contact customer service?!

How does one get in touch with Acer if out of warranty customer?

 

I shipped my laptop to them to get something fixed. They send it back with the bottom lid having broken stands. They rightfully replaced it, but the part doesn't match the laptop model. I've been trying to get in contact to tell them this so they can send a new one, but it's impossible. 
I know they refer you to a third party service to anyone out of warranty, but they all keep saying "we don't cover that." And the chat option never works either because no one is ever there. I don't understand this system Acer has!

This is ridiculous, Acer keeps causing me problems that I can never fix. Mainly because there is never anyone to talk to. 

I'd get into more detail about the product and specifics but i have a feeling this message won't get through to Acer.

 

If an admin can help or show this to someone who can help i'd really appreciate it, an agent in my region or a number that will actually let me go through to customer service. This is their fault yet they just avoid anyone out of warranty. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
