Acer E2 V370 no signal/service

Hi,

since yesterday my phone can't connect to any provider. On both SIM's. It did connect few times but for a short period. Is this a known problem? Does anybody know a solution to this problem? 

(is the antenna maybe faulty? is it a software issuse? How can I find out?)

    First of all, try a factory reset (backup your personal data)

    settings/backup&reset - factory data reset

     

    if after the factory reset, the issue is still present, probably is an hardware issue.

    I tried factory reset, didn't work. I tried to install latest update but i doesn't work since i rooted my phone. Tried to unroot it, still doesn't update. 
    Strangely it does get signal now and then, every 10-15 minutes for a short time (1 minute) and has almost full strenght. But only on 1 SIM. 

    Still no idea what to do.

    if you are under warranty, you can give a call to Acer support service.

    if you are out of warranty period, i think the best option will be to find a full rom to flash without any root inside and check if the issue is sorted.

     

    i can't help you here to find tools or "extra" roms to flash it, since it's no allowed to talk about this kind of things.

    Status: I contacted acer and since the phone is still under warranty I've sent it for repair.

    Got the phone from repairs yesterday. They replaced the Motherboard.

    Seems to work good now. 

    That's it. Topic closed.
