Hi So I was finding a way on how can I see my product key then I saw this command prompt thing that you have to uninstall the product key first then install a new one and obviously I didnt the instructions well leading to me uninstalling my product key. How can I activate my product key again? I can still use my laptop though. My acer product is Aspire E 11.

The OEM version of Windows provided on your system should not require a product key for use. Are you referring to a Windows product key, or a product key for Microsoft office? I do not exactly understand what problem you are having. Can you please clarify. If you are getting an error, please provide the error message and steps you are doing to get the message.

Its already solved. I entered a code on command prompt to uninstall a product key and after that a message appears that I have to Activate my Windows. So I restarted my laptop and then kaboom. The product ID appeared on the system information again. So problem solved but now my problem is sometimes Im experiencing a black screen in which everytime I unlocked from startup it shows only black screen but I can still open applications using task manager (alt+ctrl+del) how can I fix these.

    go to Acer support website:

    http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support

enter your product model or SNID and download the latest VGA available driver, then uninstall VGA from device manager.

on device manager click on display adapter-right click on the graphica adapter and choose to uninstall and confirm to uninstall software too.

reboot and then install the downloaded VGA driver.
