    Llewen,

UserID10T has some sound theory's in regards to this issue, here is another thread where this is being discussed if you have not had a chance to read through it. If you would like, I can send out replacement Display Port cables for your monitors to see if that helps the issue in any way, just let me know.

Here is what I can see from my end as far as the repair goes, which is probably close to what you can see on the paperwork:

    • Video card used with this repair for testing was the Radeon R9 390.
    • Freesync option was available in the Catalyst Control Center while Overdrive was enabled.
    • Verified that the latest firmware was on the monitor(s).

I can reassure you that I pass on information in regards to customer complaints to the right peolple, but like UserID10T said, there is a limit to that influence change.

We do have an Ideas forum that you can certainly post your thoughts in on allowing firmware to be released to customers.

As far as deleting topics, you are free to voice your opinion, just keep it within the community guidelinesSmiley Happy

    Thanks for the feedback, Justin.

I appreciate you going above and beyond to inform us as you can.

I have no real updates beyond any I'd provided last. My system is stable, and I minimize(seemingly eliminate?) the black screens using windowed borderless mode. Obviously this will limit a few key features I believe require Fullscreen to run(Direct 3D effects?).

I'm not as focused on troubleshooting my system, as of now, but I can try any suggestions should you have them.

I've got DP cables up the wazoo, but I appreciate the offer.  I will check out that other thread.
