Aspire E5-521 has weird grainy screen and lines

Hi. I've had this laptop for a couple months now and just recently I've noticed when I get close to the screen that there' this weird grainy look on the screen. On top of that, I noticed some small vertical lines on solid colors too. I've had a lot of trouble with this laptop before, BSODing/overclocking on me with simple steam games likes Child of Light or Duels of the Planeswalkers, and now this grainy/line thing on my laptop. It's not that noticeable but it's honestly bugging me so much that I fear it will stop working one day, so I just don't know if it's a default factory error or not since this laptop is supposed to have a very good graphics card on it (AMD Radeon R5). What do I do? does this screen error have a solution?

I would suggest you contact the Acer technical support nearest you and go over options, there should not be grainy lines on the screen.
