Warranty Repair No Update "Customer in the Dark"

I sent my monitor in for a dead Pixel last week and no status has been updated. I would really like to know what is going on. Since you dont do advanced replacment I had to go out and purchase another monitor to continue working from home.

    Sorry if you felt left out in the dark. Emails should be sent to customers when a repair uis created, the system is received, the repair is completed, and the system has shipped. Most times these emails go to the spam/junk box because they come from a no-reply email address.

     

    We do have a way to check on repairs on our support site here. It looks like the repair is closed out already when I checked and it was delivered today (about 2 hours ago).
