How can I fix red snow appearing on black parts of the screen on my Acer Aspire One D150?

I have a problem with parts of the screen that should be black becoming red and parts that should be white becoming cyan. This isn't really a big issue since it stops when I move the LCD a bit, but it has been starting to bug me. I am getting tired of having to adjust the LCD any time I see snowy (like the snow found on TV screens) red and/or snowy cyan on the screen.

After a while, I decided to look for solutions to the problem online and found out that it wasn't a software problem, but a hardware one. For me, I am pretty sure it is caused by a slightly loose LCD connector located in the interior of the netbook. This may sound like a simple fix, but it is not for me. I have no experience with repairing PC internals (especially laptop internals) and I want to find out if there is a way to fix this without having to disembowel the PC. So, to put it simply, do any of you people on this forum know how to solve this issue without going into the PC? And if not, do any of you guys know what specific parts of the laptop I need to search for in order to fix this issue?

Also, if you do not know much about what is going on about the issue, then here are a few links that may help out:
