Can I get Drivers for this Graphics Card on Win10?

I got my new Graphic Card "ATi Radeon 4550" to work. But the problem is that i don't think i can download the Drivers for it because of my OS. The Screen can only handle 1600x1000 Resolution. I can't make it bigger. And it just doesn't look right for the Graphic Card. I tried downloading the Catalyst Center Panel. But it gives me an error saying that i have not settings activated or something like that. When i try and download it from the Dell website it says my OS is not supported. How can i download the drivers for this Video card manually? If i can't how can i go back to Win7. i deleted Win 7 on my PC because it was wasting alot of space and i liked Win10 but i didnt think about this. Thanks!

The video card drivers would come from AMD themselves. If you are having troubles downloading the Catalyst software you may want to visit their forums for support to see if others are having the same problem.
