Black screen

I have an Acer AL1916W series monitor.  When I boot my computer, I can hear the windows "sound" and everything seems normal, except the power button flashes blue and I have only a black screen.  I am unable to see anything.  We were told to shine a flashlight on the screen at an angle to see if any of the desktop icons were present, but were unable to see anything at all.  Also, we have an identical monitor with a similar problem.  It will not power on at all, meaning the power light does not blink off and on in blue color.   We have them disassembled, and it appears that two of the capacitors are "bulged" out.  We were hoping to transfer capacitors from one monitor to the other in hopes of repairing it.  Does anyone have any suggestions of other things to test or check out?  Thank you in advance for any ideas or suggestions you might have.

Actually, where is the CAP blown? is it on a yellow board or a green board? You will not be able to just unsolder caps and switch them out. If I know where the cap is blown, I can see if I can find a part number for you.

The capacitors are on the yellow boards.  Two of the same capacitors on both boards are a little bulged, but  nothing leaking out or busted yet.  Does this mean that they are bad/defective?  Any other parts we should check out or things we might look for to let us know what is wrong with either monitor.

Per the Service Manual, that is called the Inverter Board. Vendor part number 27-D003318. Good luck!
