Hi, my name is Will, not been on here long, but always trying to help others as much as possible with problems relating to windows 8.1. I upgraded to windows 10 but found too many problems with things stopping working and silly niggly fiddly things going wrong, to a point where it mashed my laptop and would not open videos or view pictures...missing element errors...error...error error...Yawn!!! So I had the pleasure of spending days fully re-setting my pc back to windows 8.1.... including putting all my settings and software back on. As a result, I am sooooooo!!! going to stick with this operating system until they axe the security patches for it and a compulsory upgrade to 10 is required.
In my journey of re-setting my pc, I learned alot about installing operating systems and fixing problems like windows update, bluetooth not working, performing disc checks, sfc / scan now...boot scans, out of date drivers.. etc etc... so if I can be any help whatsoever, please give me a shout and i will do what I can. I do post on here, but I am no expert, but If I have fixed something that is causing fist raging and days of google with no result, I am always happy to share my solution if I have fixed something already that is still causing others a headache.
