Aspire V3 772G overheating and lagging

Hi all, My main problem is lagging. Mortal Kombat.x lags alot. Yesterday, it got stuck, then shutdown suddenly. 

I also experience the same problem as in http://community.acer.com/t5/V-and-VN-Series/Aspire-V3-772G-overheating/m-p/329389#U329389. 

My specs are 32GB ram and 1 TB hard drive. Before, it was playing games such as Assassin's creed... with no issues at all. It has not yet been a year since i got the machine. What should i do?

Also about those air compressors mentioned in the referenced link, Can anyone explain in greater detail how to use them. And a possible link with a picture to a place where a good one is sold.
