you can try to check if any option is available on settings/storage and set as default write disk the microSD card or go to settings/apps and check if tapping on the applications that you want to move to microSD, has the move to sd option available.

Unfortunately all installed apps cannot be moved to the internal SD (the move to SD option is unavailable)

This is the list of all the installed apps(in the downloaded section):

    Acer portal

    Calendar

    Chrome

    Currents

    Gmail

    Google App

    Google keyboard

    Google Play books

    Google Play Movies & TV

    Google Play Music

    Google Play Newsstand

    Google Play Services

    Google Play Store

    Google Text-to-speech Engine

    Google+

    Hangouts

    Life Digital Clock

    Life Weather

    Maps

    News & Weather

    Talkback

    Youtube

Basically I have installed nothing and my internal storage is already full. On the other hand my internal SD is almost empty. Is there a way to swap the internal storage with the internal SD using a specific app. I've read that it is possible to swap internal SD to external SD but that's not what I need to do.

    Thx

You can't with stock rom, you need to find custom roms but this can't be discussed here.

    Hi o_pauwels,

I can sense how you feel. But it’s a pity that Acer BYOC Apps(including Acer Portal) can not be stored in a SD card on Android at present. So sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.

    Ok, that is dissapointing.

I guess I'll try to find a custom rom because the tablet is useless to me in its current condition.

My tablet is filled with google junk while I can't install a single app, that's just unbelievable.

Thx for the answers and goodbye

If you have only the stock apps installed there should be plenty of room on the internal storage. I'm guessing you have data stored internally that should be moved to the SD crad. Check for pictures, music, movies, etc...

    Hello,

as you can see in this list 705.37MB are already used by google (make yourself comfortable google no problem) and this list only represents the download section.

I can't uninstall these apps(really? yeah thx google).

I won't even mention the cache of all these apps (that I've cleared on multiple occasions).

I don't have a single picture/movie/music file and the option to move files to the SD card has already been discussed.

So, with all due respect sir(because you're not responsible for what happens), I don't think ~295MB at best is plenty of room.

    Bye

You should be able to clear those temporary files from the download folder. The OS should be doing that for you actually, once an app or update is installed it's supposed to clear the download...
