I have been assisted and supported by you several times since 2009.  I have found the problem I just don't know how to correct this problem.

Keyboard on this laptop:

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.
(Code 19) & Synaptics PS/2 port pointing device (Code10) Please tell me how to correct this problem.

I am using my mouse/USB & On-Screen Keyboard to communicate with now(Microsoft).  Please assist me.  I am seeking employment and/or clients and I need the use of this computer.  I have Windows 7; Acer Aspire 5336 Laptop. I would love and appreciate it if would contact me. I have an ongoing claim damage for Dell laptop computer via Comcast Insurance Com.  Microsoft has assisted me with back up and replacement Windows Vista in the past.

Please reply to this email.  I look forward to hearing from you soon.  Happy New Year To You & Yours!

Yours truly,

Neenah

If you are having a problem with your keyboard an mousepad, you may try restoring your system using recovery discs, or the eRecovery application using the instructions at http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12869. If that does not resolve your issue, I would recommend you contact Acer support for your region to inquire about setting your unit up for service.
