People I've tried all the 'solutions' from the internet but something else worked for me.
    • Restart your computer
    • Keep pressing F2 (for BIOS)
    • Go to Mains
    • Go to touchpad
    • Now the default setting for touchpad would be BASIC. We need to change it to ADVANCED and save it

      Should do the trick
NOTE: You need to scroll with 2 fingers in the Windows 10

I sovled the promblem. You shift + restart the computer, then go to Trobleshoot, Advanced options, UEFI Firmware Settings, search for "Touchpad" turn it from "Basic" to "Advanced" and then F10.

    So here's the SOLUTION: -

There is no software issue in this. After windows update it gets deactivated automatically and we have to activate it manually.

    1. Go to Mouse settings from Control Panel.
    2. Then click "Settings..." and under the "One Finger Gesture" click on check box of "Scrolling" to activate it.
    3. Once done, click on the settings icon appearing on front of the "Scrolling" button.
    4. Another pop-up screen will appear, there activate the "vertical scrolling" and it's done.

Troubleshooting it won't do any good. Just follow the steps and let me know if it worked. :)
