my es1-411-c00k dos labtopnever complete windows installation until end

i bought my es1-411-c00k dos version 3 days ago and it come with linpus linux OS
i tried all day to instll widows from booted usb flash but it couldn`t
until i change the boot mood from UEFI to legacy 
after that it accept boot from usb flash 
i tried first windows 10 pro 32bit but after the installation page get finish and it make the first restart after the first insatllation steb the windows loading page get freeze and didn`t move after that
i try to restart it alot but witout any respond  
i remove the 10 windows and i install windows 8.1 pro 32bit but same problem happened 
i remove it and i install windows 7 ultimate 32bit and it succseful get install but without any drivers 
i enter your website to download the drivers but i found all for 64bit 
i remove the windows 7 and download windows 10 pro 64bit and install it but still same problem
it finaly after 4 times restarted finish installation but the without the drivers and no touch pad or bluetooth 
and every time i try to install it 

the screen get freeze again and i must restart it to make it work
please help me in this issue becuse i really begin hate this laptob

    how is your USB flash drive burn?

     

    iso file?

     

    have you tried using Rufus?

    set Partition scheme to UEFI only and burn the iso file, then try to install.

     

    BIOS must be on UEFI since switching to Legacy sometimes can cause freeze, graphica and touchpad issues.

    first of all thanks for replying me i`m now burning the 32 bit windows 10 ISO file on mood MBR Partition scheme to UEFI i hope it worked i will boot it and give u know about what will happen inshaa allah Smiley Happy

    why 32bit?

    has you laptop less than 4GB of ram?

    its 2gb ram but im planing to upgrade it to 8

    any way
    the UEFI didn`t accepted the 32 bit so i burned 64 bit again after i wasted 2 hours 
    i install it now and i hope it work in the end inshaa allah Smiley Happy

    Im facing almost same, my laptop isnt taking restart, its freezing while restarting, neither I cant install any drivers, its getting stucked.

    do the same thing which is turn your boot mode to UEFI if your bios settings is on legacy let me know if it work i know this is a 2019 post but respond please
