i have a problem with my new S55, it did not detect my sim card also by the two slots

    have you tried another SIM?

     

    how old is your SIM and who's your provider?

     

    not detecting....not able to connect to network or phone notify that SIM is missing?

    hi,

    first I thought that the source of the problem was the sim card and I change it from my provider but the problem persists about the two slots.

    i would contact the S55 seller or Acer support service to have a check of your phone with other SIMs too.

    I bought my acer s55 when I was in France, but I live in Algeria and there is no after sales service. at first I used my s55 for a month and he stopped to detect the sim card suddenly.
