internet and usb problems

I just bought a cb3-111 afew days ago, it worked great when I first brought it home but now a couple of problems have come to light.

first of all i keep loosing internet connection, the wifi signal is full bars but it will just randomly loose internet even though the wifi is still connected and strong.

 

Second, the usb ports connect and disconnect. Example, if I plug my phone into the usb port to charge it will connect then disconnect sometimes it will stay on for a while then disconnect and reconnect on its own. the same thing seems to happen with my thumb drive.

 

I would greatly appreciate any help to resolve these problems

Check and make sure that you are using the most current build for your Chromebook. You can also try to run a powerwash on it to see if that fixes it.
