Acer V3-771G multiple issues

Dear fellow Acer Users,

It's been two and a half years since I have first bought the (now-desktop) laptop version of Aspire V3. What seemed a nice trade at first (926$ for an i7 with a multimedia 2GB video-card, 8GB of memory and an 1TB hard-disk was a big deal for a basic user of Windows, that only needs were based on some things I have done for Uni, or some works in Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit a little bit of HTML and CSS, Office and playing some low-profile? games such as GTA 4 and Civ 5) turned out as a real humble experience for me. Don't get me wrong, I am not angry at Acer for making bad laptops. I'm more angry at my father who adviced me to not buy a 1100$ HP with Beats and Windows 7 included because Acer it's the 'new thing'. And frankly, Acer actually gave me moments of happines in its first year of use, as I was able to play GTA 4 at high graphics and to smoothly surf through internet.

Now, I will probably be scolded by some Acer fanatics, but it was not my intention to say bad things about my laptop. It was basicly my (last) experience with Acer, which didn't turned out as I expected.

To move on to topic, as I aforementioned my V3 was actually running without any problems in its first year of existance. The laptop have been bought in October 2012. Untill December 2013 I was able to play any games at medium/high graphic settings ( I'm not a gamer. I just ocasionally play some games to skip the time). Due to the fact I was abroad studying, I didn't sent my laptop in warranty til June 2014. Now, what I thought to be a broken video-card turned out to be a 'perfect healthy laptop', as the Device Manager said. As I didn't had time to argue with the provider, I let out of me hoping that someone else will be able to repair it. And they didn't. Everybody said that the video-card should run smoothly withouth any problems. Or maybe without checking it. Anyways, the broken card wasn't a big deal for me. The true problem that made me say bad things about Acer happend 1 month ago. My laptop turned into a desktop. Actually, even desktops have Wireless connection nowadays, so I don't know how to name this device. So, yeah. My Wireless board broken up. In the middle of my exam session. When I needed it the most in order to study.

So, to make a recap, the following problems are:

- 13-20 FPS at very low graphic setting in any game possible that meets the system req.

             - For example, I get 22 in GTA 4 at low graphics. In the first years I used to get 50-70 FPS at High Settings.

- Wirless Connection isn't wireless anymore.

             - I tried reinstall the windows, install the driver and connecting to multiple wireless routers.

And please don't give me the advice to run the computer at High-Performances, install my nVidia drivers or any other nonsense things that even I knows them. I expect to receive information from someone that knows my situation.

Also, I know that I have the gift to lack on information, so I will be available on any other requests.

P.S: My camera is also broken, so I might take the laptop to church and maybe something else won't get broken.

P.S: My camera have been repaired once. Maybe this will help somehow?

Thank you for your help, and I hope no one will get ofended by this post. Acer might really be a professionall commpnay and my broken laptop it's just bad luck.
