Major issue between X-Rite iProfiler and ACR of XB270HU?

Lots of people seems to have the same problem with X-Rite iProfiler and the i1Pro. Using the X-Rite calibration kit in ADC mode cause the panel to enter "test" mode'' instead of sleep mode.

After using i1Pro to calibrate my XB270HU, it CAN'T go into sleep mode anymore. I get the ''test mode'' alternating color screens and the monitor NEVER goes into sleep mode anymore.

I then loose all my settings in ADC, and it goes to 100 brightness and 0 contrast, and the screen is really dark.

So there is a major problem between X-Rite iProfiler i1Pro and Acer ADC. Smiley Sad After performing a calibration, everything goes to hell with the monitor. Everything was working PERFECTLY before using X-Rite iProfiler.

Is there anyway to force a ''factory reset''? I totally uninstalled iProfiler but my monitor still can't go into sleep mode anymore, and I get the '' alternating test patterns'' non stop when my computer is powered down. Smiley Sad

So what is the problem between X-Rite iProfiler and Acer ACR? Can a senior tech looks into this?

Or at least put a ''WARNING'' somewhere until the problem is solved, or Acer will get alot of RMA because of this, since even the Acer tech I just talked to on the phone thinks the monitor is ''faulty and must be RMAed''.
