i know that you can put in a micro usb adapter to full size usb, but can you use normal micro usb cables ( like the ones you carge your phone) and use them to transfer files from computer to computer

Not really, both computers expect things plugged in to be peripherals. It's easiest to use a flash drive, or just copy over the network.

thank you, that was what i was scared of, i didnt want to blow up my computer or anything. in that case i'll buy a mem.stick, one side is micro and other is normal usb. it just takes 2x more time for the files to reach to tablet, i just thougt i could simply connect my tablet to computer and 1x time to copy and done.

If both your tablet and computer have internet access through a router (either wired or wireless) then you can likely just join them to the same Windows Homegroup and just copy the files between them. That's typically the easiest, just not as fast as copying to and from a flash drive.
