uptime still runnning when shutdown notebook

when i after done my work, i shut down my notebook acer aspire V3-471G, and after second day, when i turn on the notebook and i have open the task manager, i saw the uptime still running since yesterday till now the time still running, i dono what is the problem.

 

I hope you can help me check ist software or hardware have broken or problem?

How do you shut it down?  Do you press the button?  Or click shutdown from the start menu?  If you press the button, do you press it briefly, or hold it for 10 seconds?

 

There's more than one way to shutdown, and it soulds like you're just putting it into sleep or hibernate.  Here's a link about hibernation, sleep and shutdown for Windows7.

i using win8... normally is can possible fully shut down, but after last few day ago it become have little bit problem about the shut down. i press the shut down at charms bar > setting > power > shutdown.
