Getting at dust filters on x1261p

I have submitted a separate question regarding a replacement remote for an x1261p projector which I am dealing with separately, but I have another question.   This projector has been used by a non-profit organization that I help.   They have gotten error messages indicating that the dust filters need to be cleaned (I have not seen this myself. but trust that they have correctly interpreted the error messages).   The user manual makes it look very easy to get at the dust filters, but when I look at the actual projector it is difficult to see how to remove the side panels to get at the dust filters.  Is there some secret to doing this, or should I just be more aggressive in trying to remove parts?  FYI - The first 10 characters of the serial number for the projector are EYJBV01009, in case this is relevant to the answer to my question.   To be honest, I cannot even see any dust filters in the location where the user manual says they are located, regardless of the fact that I cannot get into the place where the user manual says they are located.

    Hello,

I suggest you to clean the inlet and the air outlet with a vaccum. I haven't find any dust filter!
