The ACER website doesn't recognise my Serial or SNID numbers as valid

I'm trying to contact ACER support, but i am required to enter my Serial or SNID number in order to gain access to support. When i enter either, it comes back saying that it isn't recognised as a valid serial or snid. I've read straight from the bottom of the laptop, and also installed the ACER SystemInformation application to double check. No luck. Can anybody offer me any ideas? Or are there any phone numbers i can call??

    Acer web sites are regional.  If you are attempting to enter you serial number in a region where the system did not ship, it may not recognize the serial number.

     

    We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.
