We are going to have to know what model you have and exactly what happens when you try to boot. Do you have anything that lights up? Is it different when you have the charger connected and when it is not?

It's something like a A200 but, I don't really know where too find the model.  It starts and goes past the Acer  screen but, gets stuck on Iconia.  Charges the battery and act's normally,, other then that

Do you know which OS version was installed? There are OS images on the Acer Support site, but you'll need to know which one was installed in order to redo it.

Set the rotation lock switch to UNLOCKED, then a hold VOL UP, and hold the power button. When the tablet vibrates, release the power button, but hold the VOL UP key, then move the rotation switch back and forth Until the words "Erasing Userdata" appear. If the red "bootloader Unrecoverable error" appears, press and hold the power button until the system turns off.

Repeat this process (Ensuring That the rotation lock switch is Set to the UNLOCKED position before turning on the tablet each time) Until "Erasing Cache" Appears.

It will take more than 10 times.

NOTE: On your 4th or 5th try, you will likely be unable to get the "Erasing Userdata" message to Appear, and the tablet will start trying to boot. If This happens, hold the power button and continue the cycle.

This seems standard  and does not break anything.

When the "Erasing Cache" message Appears, stop rebooting the tablet and let it go through it's process.

It will reboot and after 2-3 minutes, you'll be Greeted With the welcome screen.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
