Why am I unable to change my Acer ID (aka email address)?

Why am I unable to change my email address (acer id)? I need to change my acer id. Can someone advise why I am unable to change the email?

    Currently this is not a feature that is available. If you would like to change it, please send me a PM your email address you used to create the account and we'll have the account deleted and you can create a new Acer ID.

    Hello Justin. Where do I send a PM (which I assume means private message) to?

    You can send it directly to me. If you put your cursor over my name, it will give you options, once of which will be to send a message. Smiley Happy

    I would like also change my Acer ID (email) as I am in the process of dropping the email accout by the end of the this month. Any help will be appreciated.

    Acer-Justin I wanted to send you a PM but the new pages say i had access denied due to not sufficient privileges. Can any other acer technician able to help me please.

    Hi, Iam sorry to reply to this, but I'd like to do the same, but can not seem to send a pm to acer. Please could you tell me if you managed to get your email change resolved. Thanks.

    Hi maddogbc04, due to an anti-spam feature, you have to post once to the community before you can send a PM.  Now that you have, you should be able to send a PM.

     

    Since this is a very old thread, the person to contact has changed.  You should contact Acer-Karp.  You can send a PM and request your address change by following this link directly to the compose message page for them (alternately, you can go to Acer-Karp's profile page and click "Send a message"): link.
