how do i know which app is running in the background of my acer 380

Press the Recent App key. This is the button on the bottom right side of the phone with two squares.

Select Task Manager. You can find the apps that are currntly running.

Select Quick clean, then select OK to clear cached App data.

Tap Ram at the top of the screen.

Select Quick clean, then select OK to stop all processes and services.
