I had been searching for a portfolio cover for my new Acer A3 A20 tablet, not available from acer direct, not available on amazon, not in stock with various online companies, absolutely ridiculous that I eventually got one but from a company in Italy !

No you missunderstand, I don't want a generic case, I want an acer branded case, I got one eventually but from a company in Italy, why isn't it available in the UK.

Well not every tablet or phone release is the company who produces the products are going to make certain accessories for the devices, so in this case of you can't find one then that means Acer isn't going to make on or at least no time soon anyways, I'd suggest trying to find fintie products on amazon because they have good tablet cases or somewhere else.

I believe Acer does market research for each locale to determine where branded merchandise will be able to be sold at a higher cost than generic, and only offer branded accessories where the research shows success. I know that in the USA most customers will by a generic due to the costs differences, so Acer doesn't typically offer branded accessories.
