Acer Liquid E700 sound problem, does not ring or alerts when someone calls

Hi, I had an Acer Liquid E700 phone, it was 4 months old,the problem here is the sounds for incoming calls and sms was never heard. Also when I call someone, they did not hear me clearly. I tried calling to others but they also claim the same problem with my line. They only hear a little sound. Also th earphones was not working on the mobile. 

 

Can someone help me with this problem? What was wrong with my mobile? 

I haven't drop this.

try a factory reset, just to check if it's a software issue, remember to backup your personal data first:

settings/backup&reset/factory data reset

 

if the issue persist, contact your seller or Acer support service.

so...Contact your seller or Acer support service, probably an hardware issue.
